Ok thank you Wyrdwolf for planting this plot bunny in my head. This is just the beginning of the (mis) adventures of Smart and Gadget who where both voiced by the same man. So in a way this is him twice.

Agents Smart and 99 are standing in an alley way investigating a lead when...
Agent Smart pointed
"My God what is that?!"
Agent 99 looked down the alley to where Agent smart was pointing and saw what appeared to be a bright light. The light got brighter and brighter and then faded. In it's place was a man wearing all blue and looking very confused.
"Where am I? Wait don't tell me you're some kind of evil genius bent on world conquest and have kidnapped me in hopes I will not stop you. Well think again for Gadget always wins!!"
Agents Smart and 99 looked at each other with wide eyes and back at this stranger who seemed to be pointing his fingers at them.
"Freeze right where you are. I will call for backup and you will be arrested immediately"
With this he began speaking into a tube that came out of his head and down in front of his face "Headquarters, come in Headquarters!, This is Gadget calling headquarters, come in headquarters!, Darn it can't seem to get through to them. No matter I have this under control."
While this 'Gadget' was distracted Agent Smart jumped to the left and pulled his gun , agent 99 just groaned and said to herself " oh no here we go " She then dived to the right and pulled her own gun.
"Freeze, I have you covered put away ...whatever that is and put your hands behind your head!!, now or I"ll drill you full of holes."
Agent 99 just rolled her eyes and covered the intruder.
"Go Go Gadget Stun Gun!"
With this an umbrella pops out of Gadgets head.
"Bah darn it thats not suppose to happen Go Go Gadget Stun gun!"
Again the incorrect piece pops out , this time in shoots out of his shoe creating a mess but nothing more.
"This isn't suppose to be like this. They said they fixed it."
While the intruder Gadget as he called himself was occupied with is "gadgets" Agent 99 rushed towards him and chopped him on the neck knocking him out. Gadget slumped to the floor.
"Good job Agent 99, now lets call our headquarters and have a paddy wagon brought here so we can take him in for question. We must find out where he came from. He might be an enemy agent sent here to trick us!"
Agent 99 sighed and walked to a nearby phone booth and called in for a paddy wagon.
