One Shot
Gabriella giggled as she pulled ringing phone from her pocket. She had just touched down in NYC and was heading home.
"Hey wildcat," she smiled
"Hey so when will I see you again?" asked Troy
"You've just saw me at the airport 5 hours ago Troy," laughed Gabriella
"I know but we just confessed our undying love and I want to see you," said Troy
"Our undying love?" smirked Gabriella the smirk in her tone
"Are you mocking me?" asked Troy
"Of course not," smiled Gabriella before she burst into laughter
"You are," said Troy
After a few minutes Gabriella quieten down and Troy was able to speak again.
"In all seriousness I do want to see you again. I have a free schedule next week could I come and see you?" asked Troy
"I'd like that," smiled Gabriella
"Great so you text me your address and I'll let you know my flight," smiled Troy
"You going to hang up on me wildcat?" asked Gabriella
"Nope but I can hear you fiddling with your keys indicating your getting into your car and about to drive so phone me later when you've settled back in," said Troy
"Ok bye bye wildcat," smiled Gabriella
"Bye Brie," smiled Troy hanging up.
But only minutes after hanging up she had text with his flights. But his flight weren't for next week they were for the next day. Someone was eager.
But due to sleep and going into the town that night and the next evening it slipped her mind that Troy was coming so when she came home that evening and saw Troy asleep on couch she was surprised. And hit herself on the forehead.
"Always hit yourself on the forehead do you?" asked Troy
"I may off forgotten you were coming," said Gabriella as she went to put her groceries away
"Figured as much," smiled Troy getting up and going up to her.
Wrapping his arms around her Troy turned her around and pressed his lips to hers. His hands snaked under her hair and supported her neck.
"Told you I'd see you again," he murmured
"Hmm," murmured Gabriella as she snuggled into his embrace glad she could see him again.
