Just a little short story with another fave alien Armordrillo. Armordrillo belongs to Cartoon Network and Man Of Action.
Armored Protector
Rachel ran towards home again as the bullies she had been running from chased her. Again. Even though Wildmutt had scared off the other bullies, there were others to take their place. Rachel continued running and soon made it to the gate and began running up the hills, struggling for breath as she did so.
Armodrillo was looking out the window and noticed Rachel running as fast as she could but she was losing strength and there was a group of bullies behind her. "Again?" he asked himself, remembering when Wildmutt had said that he had scared some off before. "Looks like it's my turn now."
Rachel almost collapsed as she finally reached to top. The bullies were right behind her. Before she could take another step though, the earth suddenly shook hard. "Earthquake!" screamed one of the bullies.
"Not an earthquake," Rachel said to herself, recognizing the tremors all too well. "Armodrillo." Not a moment later, the yellow behemoth came up from the earthen tunnel he had created underneath the hill to stand between Rachel and the bullies. "Get away from here!" he growled warningly as he then placed both fists against the ground, causing the earth to shake and making the bullies lose their balance and go tumbling back down the hill. Rachel was about to do the same, but Armodrillo used his tail to catch her as they then watched the bullies all get up and run away screaming their heads off. "Foolish humans," the yellow alien muttered before he picked Rachel up. "You okay, Rachel?"
"Yeah," she said, hugging him as he held her and returned her hug affectionately. "Thanks, Armodrillo."
"You're welcome," he said, carrying her back to the house. The bullies never chased Rachel again.
