Eons ago, a battle was waged between the Humans and a mysterious race of alien creatures named the Orokin.
Both sides of the war suffered losses and witnessed victories, in a battle to decide who would rule Earth and the Solar System.
Until the creation of the Tenno, there was no decided winner.
Until the Tenno appeared, only destruction reined superior across the galaxy.
Until the Tenno became the icons for protection, none knew that peace could ever exist between the two races.
Until the Tenno disappeared, there was no longer a war to fight.
Afterwards?
It was not long before they destroyed themselves once more.
