Precision: this story is roughly situated after the end of the season 4, seen that I have no idea of the fact that it is going to happen in the season 5. To have seen some episodes of the season 5 changes a little my optics.

Prologue
Benjamin Enderson, was five years old when his parents divorced and when his mother obtained his guard, and a consequent pension to live and raise him, sum she didn't used much in her initial purpose, as well the care and the education of his son didn't concerned her hardly. During this time Benjamin learnt the sorrow and the disappointment. Before that day he had been treated well, his father was kind with him, but after the divorce her mother took him to live very far and he didn't had any news from his father during years. His mother asserted him that his father had abandoned, forgotten them and he was too young and too sad to question her statement.
He was seven years old when one of the lovers of his mother began to bang him, without justification, just because he was there and vulnerable. His mother didn't interpose to protect him, the neighbors and the employees of the school neither. Nobody seemed concerned by the fact that he is beaten and is covered with bruises. Benjamin learnt the hatred, the powerlessness and the indifference, he also learnt to endure, to harden.
He was ten years old when her mother revealed him that his father had just remarried and just adopted the child of his new wife, a five-years-old little boy. It was a shock for Benjamin, his father had just replaced him by an other one. To take another child for son instead of taking him back, him who wished for it so much. This time there he learnt the rancor, the jealousy and the desire for vengeance.
He was fifteen years old when he was finally able to go to his father's. He discovered a man whom he had almost forgotten, on whom ten years had crossed, which had aged and did not look like any more at memories which it kept of him, a man who disappointed him by his languor. He discovered the new woman of his father whom he judged without interest and especially he discovered the foster son of his father, Danny Brooks for whom he already felt of the jealousy and the rancor, the feelings which changed in hatred against the brilliant and adorable child who knew so well how to charm his circle of acquaintances. Benjamin swore to revenge on him, but preferred to wait to exercise his vengeance and learnt to hide his hatred and his desires of vengeance.
He was twenty three years old when Danny runs away from their home, before he was able to quench the vengeance which he prepared for years. It annoyed him a lot, but Benjamin was patient and decided, he did not forget.
He was thirty years old when he reached his purpose and began to have a name, to gain enough money to be someone and have relations.
He was thirty five years old when he found Danny Brooks under Neal Caffrey's identity. Not being able to reach him where he was Benjamin still waited and polished up his vengeance.
He was forty years old when he was finally able to begin his vengeance. Rich and influential, numerous doors were opened to him, he knew who to contact and how to act to bring his project to a successful conclusion.
