Konoha High School: A Naruhina Love Story
Chapter 1:New Kid on the Block
A day in the life of Hinata Hyuga wasn't exactly what people would envision. She was the daughter of media mogul Hiashi Hyuga and he wasn't exactly Father of the Year. First of all Hinata was the heiress of her family fortune and the family business, but Hinata wanted to be a kindergarten teacher because she loves kids and Hiashi threatened to disown her and make her little sister Hanabi the heiress if she didn't drop her teaching dream and carry out the family business. Despite being a rich fifteen year old high school student, she knew she couldn't buy happiness.
Her cousin Neji lived with her ever since his father Hisashi Hyuga died when he was six years old. Neji was from the side branch of the Hyuga family and he always felt it was his birthright to protect members of the main branch of the Hyuga family; such as Hinata. He wanted to do something about her predicament, but knew he would find himself homeless if he did. He knew one day or another something to happen to make his cousin happy. He prayed for it.
One Monday morning Neji walked outside Hinata's bedroom and knocked on the door. "Hinata-sama are you ready for school?" Neji asked. "Just a second," Hinata replied. "I'm almost done fixing my hair." Hinata had long soft bluish black hair she brushed on a daily basis. She had just finished her hair then proceeded to grab her book bag and her school schedule. She then proceeded to the family driveway so Neji could drive them both to school. Neji parked into the student parking lot and walked her to her classroom then went straight to his class. Hinata's first class of the day was World History wish Kakashi Hatake. She looked forward to that class the most because all her friends were in the same class and it was her favorite subject. Hinata always sat by her best friends Ino Yamanaka and Sakura Haruno. They always had her back even when the situations were grim. They were the greatest friends Hinata could ever ask for.
At that point the school bell rang and everyone went to their seats. Kakashi sensei then looked up from his trashy romance novel to reveal that he was wearing a mask covering the mouth area of his face. It was that very thing that made him a mystery to his students. Clearing his throat, Kakashi was ready to begin his lecture. "Good morning everyone," Kakashi started. "Before we begin the lesson, we have a new student joining us today from the Konoha Institute." Kakashi then turned his head to the door. "You can come in now." Just then the door opened and a tall boy walked into the classroom and stood before the class. He had longish spiky blonde hair, blue eyes, and whisker-like marks on his face. He has wearing a hand band on his forehead. "Please introduce yourself." Kakashi said. The boy smirked and said to everyone "Yo guys. My name is Naruto Uzumaki."
Just the Sakura whispered to Ino and Hinata saying that Naruto was a loud dorkish figure. Ino said he was pretty cute but agreed that he was a dork. But all that Hinata could see was sparkles all around him. Her face began to turn red, her heart started beating like a drum and she felt a little sweaty.
