Legends Never Die. Danny Phantom ImperfectIsPerfect

Disclaimer:I don't own Danny Phantom any more than MatPat from Game Theory(and Film Theory, and GTlive, and MatPat's Game Lab) does.

The Phantom, as he's come to be known in the GZ, is amazing as far as I'm concerned, but barely any ghosts will speak of him. The ghosts that have been around long enough to remember him when he was still in a human life span can barely stand to speak of him, it hurts so much. But there are a few, Clockwork, mother and father. Clockwork is my favorite, because he's the best at telling stories, and even shows me some of The Phantoms battles.

I don't know exactly why I find The Phantom so interesting, maybe it's because we share the same spirit parents, or because he used his powers to protect people he cared about, just like me.

According to Clockwork, The Phantom thinks that the ghost zone has forgotten him, we haven't. The reason no-one visits him is because the don't want to hurt him worse, he's been around for so long… they're all just worried that bringing up memories of what he used to do will send him over the edge, but I'm not.

He's the kindest ghost I've ever heard of, and I don't believe he would ever cross that line. I want to visit hi-no, not him, Danny, some day, just to keep him from being lonely, to remind him that heroes might not always be remembered, but to me, and the rest of the ghost zone, he's a legend, and they never die.

Super short I know, but I think it works. This fic is the companion piece to "Heroes Don't Always Get Remembered" You need to read that first for this one to make sense.

P.S: Who can guess the name of this character? They've got a cameo in my story "Phantom Future" if you pay attention you'll be able to figure it out.
