We were all sitting around Ms. Darbus's class bored out of our heads while the no cell phone talk was happening.
We were supposed to be having some special visitors come and talk. I took a peek at my boyfriend Troy.
We have been dating for about 6 months. I have never been happier. The one thing he doesn't know about me is my past.
You see I have powers that allow me to move things with my mind. And that I grew up on an island. And did I forget to mention I used to be called Tin Tin and my uncle was out to get me cause of my powers?
Also I was a part of a big hero group called Thunderbirds.
"And here they are!! The Thunderbirds!!" When Ms. Darbus announced that my jaw literally dropped. Then some of the guys I knew started strolling in. I tried my best to hide my face because one of them was my close friend Alan. Ever since the monorail incident the thunderbirds no longer have to be in hiding, unlike me.
He was my all time crush but now I am completely over him. Now when I am happy he just came out of nowhere!
When another familiar face came out I knew him so well too.
"Fermat and Alan what am I going to do?" I said in a hushed tone causing my best friend Taylor to look at me in surprise.
She was a huge fan of the group I was formally a part of. I felt a little guilty about keeping this secret from not only her but everyone one I knew but my mom.
"You know him?" she asked me. I was dumbfounded. But before I got to answer…
"TIN TIN!!" the one thing I didn't want to happen came true.
"W-w-what are y-you t-talking a-about?" I managed to say.
"OMG I haven't seen you in years!! How can you not remember me?" Alan asked.
"Long time no see! Tin Tin." Fermat said.
"What are they talking about Gabby?" Sharpay another one of my friends asked, while everyone was giving me weird looks.
"I think I should go" I managed to say when I sprinted out the door and up to the rooftop garden. It is Troy's and my special place.
About 10 minutes of hard thinking and a little bit of crying, I heard someone coming up the stairs.
When I looked up I saw none other than Troy.
"Gabs what were they talking about? And why did they call you Tin Tin?" he calmly asked. I then looked him in the eyes and saw concern with a little bit of worry.
After a few minutes of wondering to tell he or not I finally told him everything. And I mean everything! All about the island, the thunderbirds, my family, my powers, and the whole adventure thing I went through.
"Wow" was all he could say and I couldn't blame him.
"Are you mad?" I asked softly afraid of his reaction.
"Why would you think that? You are a strong girl and I understand why you didn't tell anyone. It was for their safety and I am kind of proud to be your boyfriend. I promise I will not tell anyone about this." He said.
You see this is one of the things I love about him. He so understands. He really knows how to treat a girl.
"But how are you going to explain this to everyone else?" he asked.
"Well, they will not be as understanding as you, but I think it would be ok to tell the whole school. Since they caught the hood yesterday and Fermat's father was able to drain his powers. What do you think?" I said.
"I think you have made up your mind. And to think all this time I was dating a national hero? What are the odds?" he joked. I let out a giggle.
Then we made our way to tell the world how Tin Tin from thunderbirds turned out to be shy, sweet, smart, Gabriella Montez, the girlfriend of the Troy Bolton.
