1. Chapter 1

Hello everybody!

Well, to put it simply, I was comforting one of my friends after he got into...yet another argument with England and he said I should become something like a "Dear Abby". So here I am, ready to hand out advice to anyone willing to send in letters to me. Please allow me to relieve the stresses we states, provinces, and nations tend to acquire so easily.
