Prologue:

"Porygon . My very first pokemon" said a small child, excitedly. The child looked up towards his father, with his Linoone by his side, smiling.

"You know, your very lucky to have found a Porygon out here, they are usually very rare, especially around these parts son." The man looked down at his son, smiled and pat his head.

"I know, didn't mom said that she'd been looking for one for her research?" asked the small boy, still clutching the Great Ball in both hands, still in it's enlarged form.

"Yep Josh, mom wanted to do research on it, but I think with a bit of convincing she'll let you keep it" The man smiled again, as he took out a pokeball from his belt and pointed it at his Linoone "Return, Linoone." The man's pokemon was engulfed in a strange red light and returned to the pokeball. Josh looked on wide eyed at the pokemon returning to its pokeball. The man laughed. "Never seen a pokemon being called back before?" asked the man, who was looking curiously at his son. The boy shook his head.

"Not in real life, just on TV." Said Josh meekly, still holding the Great Ball tight in both hands. Josh's father reached out his hand , and Josh gave him the pokeball containing his new Porygon. Josh's father took off his blue backpack and fishes out a pokeball holder, shrunk the great ball, attaches it to the pokeball holder, and handed the holder to Josh. Josh took the holder, and looked up at his father, confused. His father laughs again.

"It attaches to your belt, like this." After a few seconds fiddling with the holder itself, Josh's father showed him how to attach the holder. Josh's face lit up when the holder was put on, and so did his fathers.

"There," said Josh's father, smiling with great joy. "Now your officially a pokemon trainer!" Josh's eyes lit up again, and he smiled widly. "Come on, lets head home, your mom is probably making dinner by now." Josh nodded and followed his father out of the patch of grass, towards home.
