CHAPTER ONE: DIARYs AND SEVERE BOREDOM

Told By Emmett

:D

I was so freaking bored.

My only entertainment was poking Bella hard in the back and laughing as she threw feeble threats at me.

I was both annoyed and relieved that Edward, Carlisle, Rose, Esme, and Alice had gone out hunting.

I was annoyed, because I was bored; Jasper was no fun. We'd already arm-wrestled twice, and he refused to have a full out wrestling match.

I was relieved, because if Edward were here, I would have been thrown through a wall for annoying Bella.

I poked her again, right in-between her shoulder blades.

"All right, Emmett! THAT'S ENOUGH!" she screeched. I rolled on the ground laughing.

"Aren't you supposed to be watching me, so that I don't get hurt? Not annoying me to death?" Bella glowered at me.

"Well, I'm bored."

"Well..."

"What are you thinking, Tinker-Bell?" Whenever she came up with an idea—which wasn't all that often—it was usually good.

"Well, we could play a game," she suggested. "Like truth or dare."

"Or," came Jasper's voice from behind me, "We could go through Edward's room. Ya know, screw up his cds or something...." he trailed off mysteriously.

I grinned. Annoying—and ruining the possessions of—Edward Cullen was my favorite pastime.

Ten seconds later, we were trashing his room. I started by taking all his cds and replacing then with Justin Timberlake.

Ed hated Justin Timberlake.

While I was doing that, Jasper spray-painted his walls shocking pink. Bella changed the sheets to pink.

"Hey...guys, over here." Jasper was staring at a pink, sparkly book on one of Edward's shelves.

We all froze in shock at what was written on the front cover.

The Amazingly Sparkly Diary of Edward Cullen.

Ooh, this was gonna be good.
