Hey Readers, this is an ongoing project between myself and DrSleep267, here is some sort of prerelease of the story, including some of the characters in the story and their personalities/backrounds.

The year is 2067. Nuclear war has wracked the face of earth, and technology has evolved in leaps and bounds. But with the evolution of digital security came the evolution of guilds of hackers, determined to bypass all laws and use unorthodox methods to overthrow Neo-Tokyo's corrupt government.

-Brother:Hanzo?

Originally got into DNA hacking because he was peer pressured into doing it by his friends at his high school. Wants to get further into DNA hacking because he wants to push the limits of hacking

-Sister:Hami?

Very skilled at DNA hacking, decided to go beyond what was legally accepted. Got into a hacker group via her brother. high school dropout. Mom and dad died In a riot

-Boy:Azori?

Mom and dad are pretty abusive, originally got into hacking because he wanted thicker skin to withstand the pain. Loves his sister a lot, but doesn't want to get her involved with his illegal activities .

-Boy:Raiju Age 17

-skilled in DNA hacking

-wants to improve his skills, but doesn't want to get caught.

-not much is known about him, but we do know he has had a tragic past

Lots of people had died, and he wants to get revenge on the government for doing it

To his parents

-constantly modifying his own body to get stronger and to be able to overthrow the government.

-mods:

-able to produce spikes from his body

-able to make fireballs using the heat from his body

-transform his left arm into a fully functional shotgun

-owns a plasma sword

-Boy;Kamashi Morimoto age 16

-IQ LvL 300

-Doesn't care about anyone, or give a fuck about virtually anything

-has spliced his DNA with a wolf, so he can become a werewolf/lycanthrope

-compulsively carsastic and pranky, but secretly has a crush on the leading electro-Jpop star, Kyumi

-sort of a douche in general, but once you get used to him he's funny as fuck

-Called "Tsumetai" ('cold') by mates and 'Maboroshi' ('phantom') by Hanzo and Azori.

-moderately skilled hacker, gets paid to hack on the black market, etc

-also has vorpal appendages (turn his body into traditional weapons, like swords, axes, knives, etc) and ghost ability (basically Danny Phantom powers)

-tragic backstory; accidentally killed his sister and was put on the streets by family, thus has super-closet sadism.

-long grey hair, yellow eyes, fangs
