Theodore was satisfied now that he knew that his friend Leland was a Harbour barge. So he decided to share the news with the other tugs at the Big Harbour.

"That is very strange." Foduck remarked.

"But that doesn't mean bad!" Emily protested. In fact it's good, because he's like me and Theodore.

"Still, he can't pull stuff like we can." Said Hank.

Poor Theodore was confused. He didn't know who to agree with.

"I'll be right back." He said.

So he went to talk to the Dispatcher.

"Hank and Foduck say that Hank is strange, but Emily says it's a good thing." He told him. "Now I don't know who to believe."

"Well," said the Dispatcher "You don't have to solely agree on what someone says. Foduck and Hank both say that Leland's different- but then, we all are. And Emily says it's good to be different in one way or another."

Theodore thought about it. He felt that it made more sense now. Thanks Dispatcher! He said.

"You're welcome."

...

So Theodore went and told the others what the Dispatcher had told him.

"So you agree with... all of us?"

"In a way, yes." Replied Theodore.
