That was it! She'd dealt with him for the past few hours all alone and now he had the nerve to call her cooking bad?!? Fuck it! The brunette stomped up to the guest room in Seventh Heaven, carrying a scalding bowl of soup in her free hand. The hot liquid splashed onto the floor in several places and also onto Tifa's shirt, earning a loud curse from the martial artist.
With little regard for the man she was supposed to be taking care of, Tifa slammed open the door and all but dumped the bowl of soup onto a silver crowned head. "Here's your food, Kadaj." She snapped, scowling down at the injured Remnant. Cloud had brought him home and asked that Tifa take care of him and left without another word. She was going to do what had been asked of her, but that didn't mean that she'd have to like it. Kadaj was ill-mannered and rude!
"Said I wasn't hungry woman, take your tasteless gunk and leave me alone." Kadaj shot back, not even bothering to look at her. He'd been trying to sleep for crying out loud! Couldn't she just accept that her cooking was crap and he wouldn't eat it even if the only other option was to starve to death? Obviously not, Kadaj reasoned, considering she's been trying to feed me for the past three hours. Kadaj preferred to look anywhere but at the woman, and try to forget how good of a fight she was very likely to give him if he attacked her.
Cloud had requested that Kadaj try to behave, though he had said it slowly as if even that blonde doubted Kadaj's capacity to behave for even a few minutes. He had so far at least, which was more than had been expected in the first place. The Remnant closed his eyes as Tifa thrust the food at him again. "I've already told you to take your tasteless gunk and leave me alone woman! My answer hasn't changed in the five seconds since you last asked!" Kadaj snapped for what felt like the hundredth time that day.
Goodish looks aside, Tifa sure was annoying when she wanted something. Kadaj just didn't understand it. He was about to repeat himself, yet again, when Tifa slapped him! The violent young man looked at her, confusion flitting across his features only to be taken over by anger. She'd hit him! How dare she! Actually, the fact that she'd stood up to him like that was very, very … interesting at least. Interesting enough that when she went to do it again he grabbed her hand and considered something that he hadn't before. Ignoring the nagging tone of her voice, Kadaj stood and carefully pulled her closer.
Tifa was quite unprepared for Kadaj's sudden kiss nor any of what followed, but she didn't protest. Kadaj had always been adorable to her, but now she faced a dilemma. What to say to Cloud?
