AN: This is my first story on here, so I know it's probably not good but oh well.

"Nikolai!" His mother called for him.

"I'm coming mama!" Little Nico ran down the steps of the house.

When he reached the bottom and looked up, a tall man was there talking to his mother. As Nico got closer, he realized it was his father.

"Papà!" Nico ran up to his father and got picked up.

"My little bambino!" Hades ruffled Nico's hair and then placed him in his mother's arms. "Mamma and I need to talk. Go play with Bianca for a little. Bene?"

"Bene Papà!" After his mother kissed him and set him on the ground, his little feet ran over to where his sister was.

When he got over to her, he saw she was playing with her bronze bracelet. She only did this when she was nervous about something. He hesitantly came closer. "What's wrong Bianca?"

"Mamma e Papà… Something's wrong..." Nico turned over to the two adults. Hades' whole demeanor had changed from calm and relaxed to urgent and slightly panicked. He looked like he was trying to convince his mother into something.

"Why's Papà upset?" He wailed. Nico didn't understand what was happening, but he was sad if his father was.

Bianca tried calming down her little brother. "Shh, va bene, Nico, va bene…" Once the four year old had calmed down Bianca had an idea. "Want to play a game?"

By now he had calmed down and nodded his little head rigourously.

"You have to catch me first!" Bianca said running away with a smile growing on her face.

The two di Angelos ran around the floor and between their parents, partially forgetting anything was wrong.

Giggling, the small boy caught up to his sister and jumped on her, both of them tumbling down into a fit a giggles.

Once they stopped laughing Nico noticed his mother started walking towards the stairs. "Mamma where are you going?"

"Just upstairs, Nikolai. I'll be right back, amori miei." Maria Di Angelo to her children, smiling their way.

Bianca got up and picked up her little brother. "I think we're going to move again."

"Why? We just moved here." Nico pouted, not understanding why they moved the first time. Learning English and moving to Washington D.C. leaving all his friends and family behind hadn't been fun, and now they were going to move again? Where?

Suddenly a huge crash sounded, and when the small Di Angelos turned back, and part of the building had been destroyed, and their mother was on the floor, unmoving.

"Mamma! Wake up! Svegliati! Mamma!" Little Nico cried shaking his mother's body.

AN: Should I make a book concerning Nico's life before the books in Italy and Washington D.C?
