Hey everyone! This will be my second ever story here, and my first attempt at a submit your own tribute story. This is the story of the 4th Quarter Quell, the 100th Hunger Games. When submitting, you must submit both tributes from your district of choice and they must be a brother/sister pair. Also keep in mind that if one sibling volunteers, they automatically drag their other sibling into the games. THIS COULD BE IMPORTANT FOR CARRER TRIBUTES *HINT HINT HINT HINT*
