Every one of Dean's fingers had been broken at some point.
His hands had been a bit of a sorry state before Castiel raised him. Badly healed breaks and dislocations had left his fingers crooked, knuckles swollen and he knew if he managed to live to an age where arthritis would be an issue, he'd be in trouble.
Wasn't something that he'd worried about too much though.
His hands were fixed now. Joints that had begun to secretly ache in the cold were now straight and strong.
And his hands were not the only thing the Angel had straightened out.
