A/N: HI GUYS! I have hopes for this one, even though my other stories haven't gotten an update ever since they were published. Anyway...today I had no wifi so I was gonna make a new chapter for Skylark's Supervisor, but the laptop that I wrote it in broke down so I wasn't able to see the chapter for reference. This plot bunny was in my head for awhile, so now I'm taking a crack at it. ENJOY!
DISCLAIMER: I do not own KHR and if I did I wouldn't be writing fanfiction.
LOUDER THAN WORDS
PROLOGUE
Summary: Tsunayuki was a normal child. She lived in a bright and cheerful house with her mom, Nana. Everything was fine until... she was kidnapped and sent to the Estraneo
Tsuna felt off as she was eating her bento under a tree in the more quiet part of her kindergarten, NamimoriNursery. She was at the back of the building where it connected to the forest. Tsuna always ate there. It was pretty calming, especially in this building full of sugar high 5 year olds running rampant in the play structures. It's not that she hated the other kids. They were just a little too loud and pushy for her taste. Honestly, she didn't like being accused of possessing the deadliest disease known as the cooties.
But under the tree she was alone. No other child in her line of sight. No one really botheredcoming back there. It was shady and a bunch of bugs tended to be there. Not to mention that the teachers also prohibited them from going there due to the possibility of getting lost and the teacher's job getting lost as well. It was even fenced off. But Tsuna wasn't that noticeable so she managed to slip by her teachers and through the small break in the fence time and time again.
So there she sat, eating lunch under a big and shady tree in the back of the school, listening to the wind and cicadas, head pounding for some odd reason. She didn't really mind it because she gets headaches occasionally. Her mom gets it too so it must have been normal right? Tsuna was wondering why her head was like this so she tried remembering what she did that day.
The day started normal enough for the 5 year old. Wake up, shower, change clothes, fall down the stairs, fix clothes, eat breakfast, then leave for school. Completely normal. But the pounding in the back of little Tsuna's head was getting rather annoying to the brunette. She was sure she didn't hit her head on the stairs that hard and that did happen quite a while ago.
How about during class? It was pretty normal too. The pounding started when she sat down for lunch and started eating. The pounding got even worse when she picked up a sausage. Almost enough to make her not eat it. But she loved sausages, especially when the looked like an octopus. Nothing could stop her from eating her beloved octosage made by her beloved Mama. So she ate it and her head pounded like no tomorrow.
Why was it even pounding? Why pound? Why couldn't it just speak up and end her session of mind digging? Tsuna pouted. She wasn't going to solve this mystery on her own any time soon.
She looked at the small watch on her wrist and noticed lunch ended in 10 minutes. She was too busy with the head pulses to finish her food during majority of lunch so she pretty much swallowed the rest of her bento whole so she could get back inside before the teachers find her on the wrong side of the fence.
Tsuna packed up quick and stood up even quicker, but the moment she got to her feet she swayed. She felt dizzy and the corners of her vision started to blur. It might've been cause she stood up too fast , but this felt different. The head pounding was going haywire, and the dizziness brought her to her hands and knees.
But something was wrong. Very wrong.
She tried to push her arms so she could position herself, move her legs to get back up, and she opened her mouth to shout for help. But nothing happened. No power in her arms was let to even hold her up. Her elbows gave in and she fell flat on her face. She could no longer feel or control any of her limbs and her legs just stayed still. It didn't even twitch. She tried to open her mouth to shout but her lips were sealed and not a single sound was heard as the vision in her brown doe eyes turned black.
Jumping down from a tree 20 meters behind the little girl was a tall man dressed in camouflage from head to toe. He took his phone out of his pocket as he approached the young girl and dialed a series of numbers. He crouched down and checked her pulse. She was alive and unconscious. Perfect.
He brought the phone up to his ear and slung the limp girl over his should like a sack. His job was to kidnap her not treat her like a princess or a porcelain doll.
"Is it done?" He heard over the phone. Italian.
"Yeah. What's so special about this brat anyway?" The camo man replied. He had to take an entire flight from Italy to Japan. This kid must be pretty important if he had to go to another continent to pick her up. Not that he was complaining. The pay on this job was huge and the task was pretty easy as well. Plus, in his opinion he was a pretty damn good hitman.
"There is something very special about her but that doesn't concern you does it?"
"I'm the one kidnapping her so it kinda does concern me don't you think?"
"I think if you still want to be paid then you should just do your job and shut your mouth."
"Fine. I'm on my way back, your grace." he said, emphasizing the last to words that dripped with sarcasm.
"I'll be waiting." *BEEP*
The man put away his phone and stalked off further into the forest so he could get out before he was noticed.
Meanwhile in Italy...
A lanky man wearing a worn white lab coat put away his phone and sighed. The room he was in was a blinding shade of white with a single operating bed in the middle. The wall opposite of the door had a large pane of glass which exposed the room that was used to examine the patient during procedures. Within that room was a couple of other scientists waiting and a guard. There was a counter that lined the wall to the right which held all the necessary tools to be used. To the opposite side of the counter was a couple of filing cabinets with worn out handles.
"I really need to find less sassy hitmen next time." The lanky scientist said while putting on gloves, a mask, and goggles. He pressed a button on the intercom that sat on the counter.
"Bring in Experiment M-69"
A/N: Ok. New fic...again... Sorry for not updating the other stories GOMEN GOMEN GOMEN! I never really knew where I was heading in For Their Sake, but I already have plans for Skyark's Supervisor, it's just that I'm not that good at putting ideas into words. I typed out the next chapter for this one though :D It'll be edited and updated whenever I feel that it's ayt.
I've just been really unmotivated, but since all my stories are only 1 chapter at the moment, I can branch it out however I want to!
Please review! It motivates me. Criticism is welcome :) JUST DON'T FLAME MEEEEE
