A blue haired girl stood there on the sand looking at the red color water of the sky's color. Her face looked really pale and no one could tell what was wrong with her. Her eyes were red and puffy, she wasn't crying though. She took a breath feeling in the choke in her throat but tried to keep taking it in order to keep in living. Juvia moved her head slowly towards the right side of hers to feel tightness in her heart. There sat two couples that looked really happy and glad to have each others. The male wrapped his muscled arm around the female and held her to his chest in order to feel the warmth she wanted to get. The girl smiled slowly raising her head to plant a kiss on her boyfriend's cheek. Juvia gulped slowly and looked back at the sea. She raised her head to the sky feeling tears form again in her eyes. She squeezed them close and exhaled as a train of memories passed by her head.

Flashback

The blue haired water mage stretched her arms above her head as she squeezed her eyes shut letting out a long moan yawning after that. She smiled and put her legs down from the bed standing up as she started to stretch her muscles and doing some morning exercises. After finishing them, Juvia walked towards the bathroom she had in her room opening the hot water and striping out of her clothes and jumping under the hot water that streamed on her soft skin.

Juvia wore her blue dress and her blue hat with a smile and with her cheerful self. She went out of the bathroom and out of her room too. She met the fairy tail girls' and greeted them with an innocent expression and she held nothing inside of her heart. They all sat on the table and ate their daily breakfast thanking that female that made it. "When we you will be going to the guild, Juvia-san?" asked the blue haired little girl as she looked at the blue haired older girl wondering. Juvia looked at her wondering why would she is asking something like that so sudden.

"A while from now, why are you asking?" she asked in back.

"Well," she lowered her head in embarrassment "today's Cheria's birthday so I was wondering if you could help me out buying her a present" she said as she moved her head to the other direction. What looked to the water mage that it was normal thing but what was strange that it was the first time for the little girl to ask her to do something like that? She let it slide like that and gave a smile nodding her head slowly. The both blue haired girls walked out of the dorm and the little haired girl turned her head to the back looking at the rest of the girls with a confused look and gets a thump from the redhead. All of them were trying to keep Juvia away from the guild for the moment because they wanted to throw her party because her birthday was today and wanted to make surprise for her. Not only fairy hills' girls, but also the members of the guild as well. So, they made Wendy to take the mission of making her busy so they would be able to complete the surprise perfect. Juvia ignored the fact that it was her first time to be asked that and wanted to live the moment with happy feelings, she made it as taking her younger sister to somewhere.

"That's great then, let's go to the guild" the redhead said as she started to help with moving the plates to the kitchen. The girls wore their clothes and got ready to leave.

"So, what kind of a present would Cheria-san love?"

The blue haired little girl looked down at the ground as she started to think of a present for the pink haired girl. She really was terrible at choosing the presents and wanted an advice from an older girl to buy two presents. One will be for Juvia the water mage. The second one will be for Cheria because her birthday will be the next week. "I don't have any idea that's why I wanted you to help me out" she said as she started to hit her index fingers together not knowing what should she do? Juvia calmed her down and patted her head telling her that it will be alright and she will help her out and that moment she really felt the older girl as an older sister, her eyes were gleaming.

"We will start first with the angel's presents" she said as she raised her hand to gesture on a small shop walking towards the shop being followed by the sky dragon little girl.

"Natsu, help us with the fire over here" the white long haired girl said as she waved her arm towards the pink haired guy who was busy in helping the guys in putting the decoration. The girls were trying to make the cake and wanted to decorate it so it might get the water mage to like it.

"I'm coming" the pin haired said as he grinned and walked towards the girls and leaving the guys' with the job. "What's up?" he asked as he looked at the white haired girl.

"The oven stopped working suddenly; we don't know what's wrong?" the blonde Lucy said in a sad tone making the salamander grin in back.

"Don't worry I will try my harder to make it work"

After the pink haired Natsu fixed that oven he started to watch them as they baked the other cake. "Ne, I have been wondering" he finally said breaking the silence as he looked at his teammate Lucy. "I haven't seen Gray today, where's him?" he asked in a wonder.

"Come to think Mira, Juvia will be sad if he didn't make it to her party" Lucy said as she jumped to sit on the table that was behind of her. "She might get angry!"

"I know that but,…" the white haired girl said leaving everything from her hands and looking at her friends "I told him yesterday about that we are going to make a party for Juvia before he left" she continued giving a long silence making everyone gets worried.

"What? What did he say?"

"He was silent and nodded slowly giving me a sad smile but he didn't come back today" she continued as she started working again. "I didn't know what was wrong with him, I think he left the city too" she glanced at Natsu and returned to look at the flour.

"It's kinda strange, I hope he's fine" Lucy said with a worried tone and a sad look. Natsu looked at her as he raised an eye brow opening his mouth to talk in back.

"Why are you so worried about that idiot? He will be fine!" he said with a little sharp tone. Lucy blush light pink and looked away from Natsu's face, the both of them started to date recently but it was still a secret thing and they still didn't tell anyone about their new relationship.

"H-He's my friend, of course I will be worried"

"Oh" the white haired left the cake and looked at them while putting her hands on her waist smirking.

"They like each other" the blue small kitten rolled his tongue again making her blush more.

"Shut up you little cat!" Lucy hit him.

The both blue haired girls walked in the street together in their way to the guild. The little girl was holding two bags and that made the older girl wonders who will own the other present was to. They reached but before they could enter the older girl looked at the small one. "Whose this present?" she asked as she looked at her in wondering. The girl blushed and couldn't lie anymore; she stretched her arm to her giving her a present. Juvia's eyes widened in a shock.

"Happy birthday, Juvia-san" she handed her the present and ran inside of the guild. Juvia kept looking in the same spot amazed and shocked. She really remembered that, she was the only one to remember that. Juvia shook her head and hid the present so no one will be able to see it and blame themselves in not remembering it. She took a deep breath and smiled entering the guild. She suddenly stopped when she saw the view in front of her. There stood her friends carrying a large board and 'Happy birthday, Juvia' written on it. Her jaw dropped as she stared at them with real wide eyes. She didn't believe that they truly remembered it, her birthday!

"Happy birthday Juvia" she heard some of the people says and some others raise their thumps to her. She couldn't help but tearing, she couldn't believe it after all.

"Everyone…" she said as she started sobbing real hard "t-thank you!" she said as she smiled then and wiped away the tears that were about to fall. Juvia walked towards the crowd wearing a soft smile on her face. Some hugged her and some patted her head and all of them gave her presents.

"Thank you…"
