This all started when Phoebe turned 30, well actually 31 and she felt she lost a whole year of her life. She wanted to accomplish so much more by the time she turned 30, like she wanted to have the perfect kiss and as we all know Joey gave her that kiss. - TOW THEY ALL TURN THIRTY

That night she couldn't stop thinking about Joey and she was confused because she wasn't sure what she was feeling. Butterflies in her stomach or did she just ate something wrong? 'I bet it was that sandwich, I knew something was off!'

She sat down on her couch and tried to think of something else: work... Joey... tomorrow... Joey... Ursula (crap, because of her I just lost a whole year!)... Joey... Nothing worked so she gave up and wanted to call him to thank him, because it really made her day.'Or was it too weird? Maybe he didn't even remember.'

She thought things over, looked at the time: 8:12 PM and decided to drop by, maybe Chandler was also home and they could just hang out like the times when he had not kissed her yet. Perhaps these feelings weren't real and were just a rush that comes and goes.

Standing infront of the green door, doubting if she had to knock or just walk in, was the weirdest feeling. She used to just walk in, grab a can of coke out of the fridge and hang-out but for some reason she looked at things differently and right when she lifted her arm and was ready to knock the door was opened and Joey walked up against her, he didn't see her because he was talking to Chandler and assumed nobody was standing infront of their door; -when does that happen?!- and she almost fell because of his body bumping up to hers. Joey was token by surprise and could prevent her from falling by sliding his arm around her and pulled her up.

Phoebe sighed and looked right into his eyes and it felt like her stomach was going to explode because the butterflies acted wild. 'Pheebs, I am sorry, didn't see you there!'

He smiled and she smiled back and couldn't say anything, still shocked from what just happened. Joey was waiting for an answer and let his arm go and took a step back and tried to figure out what was going on because for some reason she hadn't moved and stared.

'...Anyway I gotta run, I have a date! But Chandler is in and he's watching Miss Congeniality or something.' From the livingroom, Chandler heard that he told Phoebe he was watching a girly movie and shouted: 'No I am not! I am watching... I am watching... O,who cares.'

Joey patted her on her shoulder and managed her to get out of her trance and quickly processed what just happened.

'Alright! Have fun.' She kind of shouted and gave him a smile. "Have fun? Have FUN?" Did she just really said that? She felt she could hit herself. Before he went downstairs he stopped, looked around, smiled and said: 'thanks and happy birthday, again!'

And he was gone.
