Don't know. Random idea is random.

Have fun... Or not. :P

It's a black room.

Well, at least that's what you imagine as you stare into the complete darkness.

They say look for the crack of light, it scares you that there is none.

No door.

No way out.

What scares you the most is the absence of time. You try to keep trackbut hours feel like seconds.

You sit. You stand. You lie down.

You pace in the dark. You try to find the walls but there don't seem to be any.

You cry sometimes, because it feels real. Unlike everything else here.

Occasionally you hear footsteps outside. You feel the hairs on the back of your neck stand up and adrenaline courses through your veins.

You prepare yourself to run at your captor, to try to escape.

To find the light.

But the footsteps fade and you go back to the routine you have set up.

Up, down, left, right.

Constantly wondering if somehow a crack of light will appear. It's absence unnerves you.

You hear more footsteps. Closer, closer.

You know. Someone is going to open that door; you hear them whisper

your name. It sounds familiar, and yet, you don't know it at all.

You hear the click of a door handle.

And then.

Awake.

Drenched in sweat and panting as if you have just run a marathon.

You try to analyse the meaning but your groggy mind isn't able to process it.

In the morning the memory will be gone.

You will try to remember exactly what it was that you dreamed, but it will not come back to you.

And yet it will make you uneasy for hours at a time.

It will make you dread the night.

But you can't remember.

Maybe it's better that way.

Creepers, I would rather if you weren't gonna creep. ;)
