Mary's POV

I wasn't sure what to make of Francis's odd note that he sent me, he told me that he needed to me urgently; I feared the worst might have happened. I hurried into our chambers

"Francis is something wrong what this big emergency are you hurt what happened" I asked

"Mar, my love I'm all right you need not fear anything happening to me" he cooed trying to calm my panicked nerves "My darling there is something I need to talk to you about, regarding an heir and Lola" he said

"Francis what you talking about, I thought you still had hope we haven't been together that long I'm sure I'll be pregnant very and you will not have to resort to using Lola" I said I knew the need for heirs was important but I never thought that he would need Lola

"darling, when you and Bash were together I met Lola in Paris and we had sex she is now pregnant and I think the best solution is to tell everyone you are pregnant and then before Lola start showing we take a trip to a country house, Lola has the baby and then we raise it as our child, the child would look similar to both of us since both you and Lola have dark hair, everyone would be better off for it, Lola would keep her reputation, we get an heir, and the child has the best life possible" he explains, I hated to admit it but it was a very good plan if we could get Lola to agree to it.

"Have you asked Lola about this idea, she might not be so willing to give up her child" I ask knowing that this would hard for her

"yes and she agreed that this would be best for all the parties involved, if the baby is a boy France will have an heir if the baby is a girl we prove you are not barren and Scotland will have an heir so what do think" he askes

"Amazing, we will announce your pregnancy tonight at the feast" he tells me "I love you and you will make an amazing mother" he picks me up and kisses me.
