This is when Haidy is thinking or saying something to herself.
Shelby and I walked across the campus. "These are the fields where we play soccer and football…" said Shelby annoyed. I was still thinking of a way to get back at my mom.
What if I totally trash this place, that should do it… Nah, that would be too much. How about run away… but where would I go… my thoughts were interrupted by Shelby screaming "Hey, you, newbie, wake up! Lunch time. Come on let's go." I followed Shelby to the Horizon cafeteria, when we walked in I saw that there were a lot of people in there, the place was crowded. I started looking around for cute guys. That one's nice- tall (an important factor), dark hair, blue eyes… oh wait. I looked in the direction of the table where Juliet and the other girls were sitting, that blond guy, the one who was playing football, so he's in my group- just excellent. A bad boy- I think I just thought of a perfect plan. "Hey you, Haidy, can you stop daydreaming and take your food" said Shelby. "Oh… what were you saying?" I asked not knowing what was going on. "Oh my god!" I moved down the line, took a tray and some girl put food on my plate. God it looked disgusting! "You call this food. My dog eats better stuff than this." I told Shelby who was standing in front of me in line. "Well this is what we eat here, newbie, better get used to it." We both took our food and I followed her to the table. Shelby sat down next to that blond guy and kissed him on a cheek. Ooooooh, this is even better, I could get back at my mom and Shelby at the same time! This was too good to be true. "So, you're the newbie"- said a spanish-looking guy "My name's Auggie" "Yeah hi" I said, I didn't really care. He continued " That's Ezra over there"- he pointed at a weird looking guy with brown hair that was sitting next to Daisy. "And that's Scott" he nodded at the blond guy. Scott, that's a nice name. "So Haidy, why are you here anyway?" asked that guy Auggie. This guy is annoying. "You talk too much, and besides it's none of your business!" "Hey chill I was just asking". "You know Haidy, we're all gonna find out sooner or later. So you could as well tell us"- said Daisy with a smirk on her face. "Are you sure about that, I mean that you all are gonna find out? I don't think you should be." What makes her think that I'm gonna tell them anything. "Oh god no, another Shelby" said Juliet only half kidding. 'Shut up, princess. And you, newbie, calm down!"- said Shelby obviously not happy about Juliet's comment. So far everything was going perfect, I thought to myself and smiled.To be continued…
