Rains in Heaven without you
A/N: Inspired by the song The Truth About Heaven by Armor for Sleep, and a cute South Park story i found i long time ago and re read just a little while ago.
Shaya's POV-
Everything faded into view around me, i layed infront of a grave, could feel tears running down my face, though i had no why. A note fell out of my hand, it had tiny damp spots from my unknown tears, and i knew that they were suppose to be there. Suddenly a translucent figure appeared, he bent down and grabbed the note, smiling sadly as he brushed my hair away from my face. "I know it's sad...but i had to leave, it couldn't be helped. Don't put the fault on yourself." I heard his voice, though his lips didn't move, his scouse accent was clear as day. "Though, it rains in heaven all the time, none stop. So i came here to find you." He said, his smile was soothing to my heart ache. "It's not the same, i'm miserable up there without you to love." His translucent hand ghosted over my face, though no tears were removed. Tears still falling, i leaned into the caress. "Please baby...I'd give up my eternal wings to hear my name come out of your soft lips..." He pleaded, i sighed softly and a light smile lite up my face for a split second. "...Wakko..." I whispered, one of my hands fingering the grave stone with his name carved in it. "It's not like you thought...You thought heaven made all your dreams come true, it's a lie. It never stops raining." Wakko whispered to me, I looked up to his ghosty figure. "Don't believe it's perfect the day you die...The weather's not perfect like you think. So don't give up on this life, where the sun is always waiting to shine." He told me, his hand grazing over the scars i had on my arms.
Just as suddenly as he came, he stood to go, i shot up and tried to grab him, but my hands went right through. "No! Don't go! ... Don't leave me alone again..." I begged, he kneeled down again. With his hands resting on the sides of my face, he kissed me, even though he wasn't fully there, i felt the love in that ghost of his kiss. Tears ran down my face even more as he released me. "Please...I love you..." I pleaded again, he smiled. "I love you too...Now i must leave...I cannot stay here forever, but i'll keep visiting my grave every year, i'll always return to see you." He caressed my face again. "Always return to see my own sun shining brightly, for it'll always rain in heaven till your time comes as well. But that won't be for a long while..." He whispered, kissing me one last time before fading away...

In shock, i jolted awake. Then i realized that i fell asleep with my music on, i checked the song and saw The Truth About Heaven just finished playing, it was all a dream, and that i was at the tower like usual. Dot lay asleep beside me, seeing as she still shared her bunk with me, i could hear both Yakko and Wakko snoring above and below me. Though it wasn't real, it was a scary thought. Wakko dieing, and leaving me, but i know he'd never do that, he's more careful. So, after turning off my music off and with a happy sigh, i layed back down, drifting back off to sleep.
Wakko's POV-
As she fell back asleep, i peeked down from my bunk, smiling at the happy look on her face. "...Wakko..." I heard her sigh my name in her sleep, something that never fails to make me grin. Sneaking down quickly, i stroked her hair lightly and kissed her forehead, then clmibed back up to my bed and went back to my own dreams, some bad, most good, all starring my favorite girl in the world.
