Your eyes
Hope you like my story! It just came into my head and I decided to write so here it is!

Normal POV
( Sasuke has come back to Konoha. With one problem... He became blind because of an accident that he encountered while fighting rouge ninjas.)
Sasuke is lying in a bed at Konoha hospital with Naruto. Sasuke woke up...
"Naruto... W-why c-can't I see anything?" Sasuke asked as he started to panic.
"Sasuke do you still remember when you fought the rogue ninjas?" Naruto asked with sadness in his eyes.
"Yes. But what does that have to do with my eyes?" Sasuke answered.
"Well the doctor said that some of them sprayed something on your eyes that made you like this.." Naruto said.
Sasuke began to touch his now blind eyes as he start to cry.
"How can I continue my goal when I can't see, I mean I haven't killed Itachi yet!" Sasuke shouted as tears starts to come out of his eyes.
"The doctor said that you'll need an eye transplant... but theirs one problem." Naruto paused.
"And what is that?" Sasuke said with anger in his voice.
"No one would like to donate their eyes for you because you are considered as a traitor to them." Naruto said.
Just as when Sasuke is about to talk a nurse came in his room.
"Naruto good news someone volunteered to have an eye transplant with Sasuke." the nurse said.
"Then who is it?" Sasuke asked.
"She doesn't like you to know who she is. Sorry." the nurse said as she walks out of he room.
Who is she?Sasuke thought.
"Did you hear that Sasuke? Your gonna get your new eyes from someone kind." Naruto said with a smile.
"Hn."
"Sasuke Uchiha your needed for the operation." the nurse said.
"Hn."
The surgery started. it took 5 hours to finish. (A/N Don't really know how long an eye transplant takes sorry!)
Sasuke is brought back to his room and after 2 hours he finally woke up.
Sasuke woke up with a blurred vision that is created by his new eyes. He looks around and saw a glimpse of pink that he soon recognizes.
"Sakura.." Sasuke said.
"Hi Sasuke." Sakura said.
Sasuke is surprised because the -kun wasn't added. Until he realize that she started walking towards him while swaying a metal stick on the floor.
"Why are you walking like that?" Sasuke asks as his vision soon became clear.
Sakura chuckled when he said that.
Sasuke soon realized that she is blind with black eyes.
"Sakura... are those my eyes?" Sasuke said while staggering because of Sakura's gesture while walking.
(Oh yeah I forgot that Sasuke's sharingan is still his nothing changed.)
"In retrospect yes." Sakura said while smiling.
Sorry if I can't finish it because I have to study for our long quiz.
