Hey guys (: this is my first fanfic so i hope you like it.
Prologue-
Kim's P.O.V
I was currently sitting in the dining room enjoying my chocolate chip muffin and watching the news.
"We are at the crime scene at the liquor store, where it seems to be vandalized" The reporter spoke
"The windows have been shattered and the cashier says that the suspects stole all the cash and 2 bottles of liquor and shattered the rest" She walked to a man who looked frightened
"Do you know what the suspects looked like?" she asked
He shook his head
"No, they was wearing masks and they had guns and a bat, there was 2 of 'em, I prayed to lord thinkin' i was gon' die" He said in country accent
"Well, there you have it folks, vandalism has striked here in seaford so be careful, this is Linda Maurice coming at you live from the liq-"
The screen went black and I saw that my mom turned it off
"Well goodmorning to you too mom" I said
She sighed and sat down next to me
"Kim darling, we need to talk" she said
I furrowed my eyebrows
"About?" I asked
"Well you know my very good friend Jenny Brewer right?"
I nodded
"So, we thought it would be real fun if we traveled to paris before we got to old to do so, but then we realized we couldn't leave our teens alone, Jenny had a great idea and said that you should jist stay at her house with her son so we wouldn't worry about you two" she said
I was confused and shocked
"Wait so you're going to paris? Why can't i come with you? and isn't her son Jack brewer?" The questions just flew out of my mouth
"Uhm yes, and because you have school, and yes, do you know him?" she asked
I scoffed
"We barely know each other mom" I told her
"Well you'll have to get to know him because you're going to be living with him for awhile" she said
"Uhh awhile? How long do you plan to be gone?"
She hesitated
"Two months"
My eyes widened
"Two months?!" I yelled
"Kim please calm down, I didn't know you and Jack didn't know each other, but Jenny and I have already planned to leave on saturday" she said
"Thats tomorrow" I said more calmly
"Please cooperate with me here"
I sighed
"Fine, but its not fair at all, you're going to paris!"
"Honey, I told you, you have school and you can't miss school for two months" she explained
I pouted because I knew she was right
"Now go pack, I'll be dropping you off tomorrow morning" she said
I trudged myself upstairs and I packed two big suit cases.
So how did I do on my prologue? I'm sorry for this to be so short, but its just the prologue, the chapters should be longer (: Review, favorite, and follow please.
