An odd situation

Author's notes: please bear with me!!! This will/might get confusing due to a split
personality and a word proceccor from the pits of Mordor. Now, listen up:

~*iitalics with stars and wavy linesi*~ with be for Elrond's thoughts
~*anything in stars and wavy lines*~ will be for the things that Elrond will say
"anything in quotation marks" will be for what everyone else says.
