Kimuzukashi-hen -- Difficult Personality Chapter

Prologue -- Newcomer

"Geh, we're moving?"

Ah.. that's right. I remember saying that to Mom on the day she made the announcement. I didn't complain about it, nor was I excited about it. After all, the main reason why we're moving back to our hometown is because of my so-called criminal record. My parents are kind of rich, so I get some advantages.. I guess.

I'm a fifteen-year-old girl who has temper problems. I'm also bi-polar which doesn't help much at all. I've been affected by PTSD, which supposedly stands for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.. In which I took out my hateful emotions on any people who annoyed the hell out of me. It's like.. Shoving all of my stress on them.. physically.

I'm okay now.. I think.

My life in Okinomiya was fun. I'll always cherish it. I'll miss my best friend the most; Risu-chan. Haha. Risu means squirrel.. and that's our inside joke. His real name is Koduku, but Risu sounds much better in my opinion. Squirrel, squirrel, squirrelly squirrel... Haha.

"Oy, Nageki!" I felt a noogie on my head by the familiar green-haired teenage girl. Her name was Sonozaki Mion. She was the class representative and the club leader. The after school activities are quite... amusing.

"Earth to Nageki! You there?" I looked up to see the twin of Mion, Shion. The only way I could actually tell them apart was the way they styled their hair. Shion was waving her hand in front of my face.

"Hauu! I wanna take you hoooome!" The orange haired girl, Ryuuguu Rena, squealed. We both shared the same interests in cute things, but she has way more passion about it than me. Sometimes we go treasure hunting together. I could see her "hauu"-ing next to the guy who lost in today's club activity.

The guy who lost is Maebara Keiichi. I had to admit, I had a hard time holding back my laughter when I saw him in the maid costume. Seeing him fidgeting awkwardly just made my day. Keiichi and Rena are in the same grade as I am.

"Mii" There goes the trademark quote by our priestess, Furude Rika. She's very nice and is in the same grade as Satoko.. Who isn't here for the moment. Maybe she went out to set up a trap for Keiichi again. She's the expert on trap-making. I wish she could teach me some time.

I just looked at the happy group in the small classroom. The sun was setting outside, giving off a beautiful glow among the trees. During the two months I've stayed, I like Hinamizawa; very much.
