Lilo and Victoria were coming out of their hula dance lessons when they saw Mallow and Lana running towards them, "Lilo, Victoria," Mallow said, "Are you two familiar with a girl named, "Merliah Summers"
"She's a surfer girl Lilo met at the Save The Beach festival," Victoria recalled,
"She's in Kauai for the surfer's convention." "When she heard that you live here, she thought she could put us on the guest list."
"That's sweet of her," Lilo smiled, "It's a good chance to catch up with her."
"Also" Lana smiled, "She brought her friends Fallon and Hadley with her."
"No way" Lilo shouted, "Are they going to eat at your family's restaurant Mal?"
"They are" Mallow answered, "I just booked reservations for them for tonight."
"All you can eat" Stitch smiled as he rubbed his tummy.
"That Stitch" Lana smiled, "He is always hungry."
Meanwhile in the mermaid kingdom of Aquellia, Queen Calissa was checking to make sure that the everything is ready for an upcoming event. "Your Highness" shouted a seahorse, "The Shell-Notes" had just broken up, apparently the lead singer wanted to run it's own business."
"That's great" groaned Queen Calissa "Wait, didn't my daughter had a human friend from Hawaii, who's a hula girl."
"Lilo Pelekai" asked the seahorse.
"Write a letter to Merliah" Queen Calissa replied, "We've got a festival to save."
Later at Aina's Kitchen, Mallow, Lana, Victoria, and Lilo were waiting for Merliah to show up. "Merliah" shouted Lilo.
Merliah, Fallon, and Hadley sat down at the table. "Look at you Lilo" smiled Merliah "And these must be your Hawaiian friends, Victoria, Lana, and Mallow"
"That's right" Lilo smiled, "So Mer, any word from the world of Mermaids."
"My mother, "Queen Calissa" is holding the annual Changing of The Tides Ceremony in Aquellia.
"Changing Tides" Stitch smiled.
"Mom hasn't booked the entertainment and was wondering if you and your friends could do your hula routine for the show."
"I've always loved mermaids!" Mallow smiled.
"Count us in." Lana smiled.
"Can't wait to see how Aquellia has changed." Lilo smiled.
"Me too" Stitch smiled.
