"Oh Neal won't you just tell me where we are going?" Emma watched as the world passed by outside the yellow bug. "No, we will be there in a couple of hours." He narrowed his eyes towards the horizon. "Plus it's a surprise!"
"Fine." She huffed before turning her attention back to the scenery outside. At some point she must have drifted off because next thing she knew Neal was shaking her. "Emma wake up. We're here!" Her eyes opened and gazed around taking in the sunlight. It looked like a parking lot, she squinted her eyes in confusion.
"You have to turn around." Neal teased her. She spun in her seat and there behind her was the happiest place on earth. "Disneyland!? You brought us to DISNEYLAND?" The excitement quickly fell from her voice and face. "How on earth are we going to pay for this?"
"I brought you to Disneyland and you're concerned with the payment?" He laughed, his whole body shaking with laughter. "I'm glad you think this is funny!" She snapped back.
Stifling his laughter he took her hands in his. "Ya know the guy we swiped those 20's from last night? Well he had a couple of all day passes to Disneyland and I figured he wouldn't miss them much." Her mouth dropped, eyes opened wide. "Neal Cassady, you.. you dirty thief!"
This time they both roared with laughter. "I love you so much, Swan." He was finally able to choke out. "Back at ya, Cassady."
Their heads dipped towards each other as he took a finger, slid it under her chin, and lifted till his mouth connected with hers. They stayed frozen in that moment for some time.
"Lets freaking go to Disneyland!" Emma squealed with excitement, breaking off their kiss. "Come on, come on, let's go, let's go!" She started jumping up and down like a little kid, giving him those 'come along big boy' eyes.
Intertwining their fingers they made their way towards the start of a new adventure. Once they had finally gotten into the park, Emma wasn't sure where to start first. "Lets go ride some rides... no, wait, let's go see the castle... no, we need food! No. We can go take pictures with the characters or may-"
Neal put his hand gently over her mouth. "Why don't we just start at the map over there, get our bearings of everything and then decide." She smiled and allowed him to pull her off to the map.
"Lets go to Adventureland! It's just up the path here to the left." She pointed towards the statue of Walt & Mickey that sat in the center of the walkway right in front of the castle. Neal shrugged his shoulders with a smirk on his face. "After you." He gestured towards the huge park waiting before them.
