I just got another idea for THIS story. I got it while I was reading a review to my other story the Difference Between TH and F. This one is a little different though. Here we go.
Disclaimer: I own nothing.

Qui-Gon was tired after a long mission. He returned home to where he knew his Padawan would be. Little Obi-Wan Kenobi ran into his Master's arms when Qui-Gon opened the door. "Mater! Mater! Mater!" He exclaimed in excitement. "I weally, weally, weally missed you, Mater!"
Qui-Gon smiled. "I believe you mean you REALLY missed me."
"Dats what I said, Mater. I said I weally missed you 'cuz I did. I missed you a wot."
"A lot," Qui-Gon corrected again. Here we go again, he thought. It's just like the feh thries, except this time it's weally and wot instead of really and a lot.
"I said dat. Mater, why you always say me say it wrong when I don't?" the child asked with a confused expression.
Qui-Gon smiled. "I correct you because you DON'T say it right, Obi-Wan."
"I do too! I say it wight ALL the dime, Mater."
"RIGHT all the TIME," Qui-Gon insisted.
"Dats what I said!" Obi-Wan said with an offended expression. He was only two. He didn't understand the difference. He said it just like Qui-Gon, or so he thought.
"Obi-Wan," Qui-Gon said, picking up the small child. "You say weally and wot. It's really and lot."
"I do say day! I sayed weally and wot!" Obi-Wan smiled. "Yous funny, Mater."
Qui-Gon realized the small Padawan saw it as a joke when Qui-Gon corrected him. "Obi-Wan, you DON'T say it like I do."
"Yes, I doed," Obi-Wan said, frowning.
"Did," Qui-Gon corrected. His grammar is worse than his pronunciation is, Qui-Gon thought to himself.
"Did? What means did?" Obi-Wan asked, frowning with confusion. Qui-Gon wasn't making any sense. He said he didn't say something when he DID say it right. Then he says words that Obi-Wan didn't know.
Qui-Gon sighed deeply and kneeled in front of the boy. He thought that Obi-Wan was purposefully being difficult. He had heard the child say did before. He gave up. Obi-Wan would learn in time. He just couldn't teach him when Obi-Wan thought he was saying it right.

That's ANOTHER one of my sister's thing.
