Author note: these are my two most favorite couples, and so I was wondering what one of them would say or do if the other were to somehow die and so I came up with this letter….. I hope that you like it. –Author-
Dearest Miyako,
I can hardly believe how much time has gone by. It seems like only a few years ago since we defeated Malo-Myotismon, and saved the digital world….
I also remember the first time that I told you that I loved you all the way to when I proposed to you at Koushiro's wedding as we walked through the garden there…. I shall never forget the look that you gave me. You had total surprise written all over your lovely face, your crimson eyes shined, and your jaw dropped way down in awe…I tried to fight back laughter that day…
…Miyako…I miss you terribly, our children have nightmares about the day when you left us, and our youngest who is now two, cries out for you at night still. And as for myself… I cannot even think about you with out tears trying to take over and my heart breaking with deep pain… …Why did God have to take you away from us?
The other Digi Destined and I are all going to meet each other tomorrow and tell stories about you. After that we will come to the cemetery to visit you…I came a day early to be the first to remember, and to give this note to you…We all agreed to make tomorrow your day, The team, kids, and myself will forever dedicate that day to you.
Miyako…I am trying to be strong for you… I know that it is what you would want me to do. You and Daisuke have always tried to teach me to go on when something happens, to be an example for others, and to live my life for what it can be, not what it could have been. I also know that if God see me worthy enough, then he will let me see you again someday… I truly hope he will let me be with you when I am gone from earth. Until then I will have to only settle myself with dreams of you.

After reading the letter Ken put the note gently down on a gravestone, with the note he put down a picture of her, as he turned, a single tear fell from his cheek and fell on the picture of her delicate face. "Miyako…just remember that you will always have my love." He whispered before leaving the graveyard, and left his sleeping angel to rest.
