The first snows of winter had already begun to kick in at Tarrytown Airport. Jay Jay was in Smiling Meadows with his friend Breezy the Butterfly.
"Burr, it is cold Breezy!" Jay Jay said, shivering..
Poor Breezy felt very cold indeed. He knew that he could not stay in Smiling Meadows for the winter. He had to find somewhere to stay for the winter.
So he used his senses to communicate to Jay Jay that he had to find somewhere else to stay and also asked if he could help him.
"Okay then Breezy!" Jay Jay replied eagerly. So where do you want to start?"
But Breezy didn't know where to start.

So Jay Jay and Breezy went to Lightning Bug Lake first to find Breezy's winter home.
But the lake had begun to freeze already, and there weren't much warm places where the butterfly could make a home.
So they flew on to Echo Canyon-only they had even less luck finding a home for Breezy, as there was nowhere suitable for him to hibernate. Jay Jay was getting worried now. They had to be quick and find somewhere for him before it got too cold for him to hibernate.
Their last option was the trees in Frosty Pines. Breezy immediately looked in all the pine trees to look for a hole to hibernate in. But even with him and Jay Jay both searching, there wasnt a big empty hole for Breezy to keep warm and hibernate in.
Before long it began to get dark.
"I'm sorry Breezy," Jay Jay said sadly. "Now you have nowhere to sleep, and I need to back to Tarrytown."
But Breezy had a great idea.
He used his senses to tell Jay Jay something.

That night, Breezy felt cosy and happy as he fell asleep at Tarrytown Airport.
Tomorrow, before winter progressed, he would find somewhere else to sleep.
But for now, here was fine.
