MARRY HOLIDAAAYS ZAAANYYY HAHAHAHGDHASJ THIS IS SO LATE
Zoey, the renounded champion of Unova 1 year running, was nervous.
It was the 20th day of winter and her third date with the beauteous Electric gym Leader Elecia. After her initial embarrassment of asking out the electric goddess she did feel more comfortable with her but the dating... well.. Let's just say she still needs her pokemon Otto to cool down and relax.
"Right then, this is easy. Just knock on the door, take her hand, and have a wonderful winter night." She told herself confidently. "Knock on the door, take her hand, have a wonderful night. Maybe even get a kiss." Her pale complexion flushed to a hearty red as many different scenarios ran through her head. All involved a kiss, herself and the woman of her life. Shaking her head of these thoughts Zoey promptly grabbed them, stuffed it in the forbidden chest and locked it away. This was not a night for wishes or perfection. This was a night of fun and laughter and having it with most wonderful girl she ever had the pleasure to lay eyes on.
The champion stood there a few more minuets gazing off into space warring with her teenage hormones and how much she wanted this date to just go perfect. A small cough brought her out of her revery and she snapped her head forward to see that Elecia of all people was standing there with a quaint little smile on her lips. Zoey felt herself blushing bright red and her ears burning through her hat.
"U-uuuh... READY TO GO?" she winced at her shout. "I-I mean, Ready to go ma chère?"
"Of course mon amour~." She giggled and held out her hand.
Blushing harder Zoey took her date's hand and lead her out into the snowy wonderland.
Zoey felt like she was flying on cloud nine. The date had been a blast. The movie was perfect and she got to wrap her arms around her girl. The dinner was divine and the desert even better. Then the best part was when they went on the train and road it out to a remote area. No one was there and all the two did was watch the moon and stars. That all was more fun then she ever thought was possible. And now the only part was the one most dreaded.
Saying farewell.
The pigtailed girl sighed sadly clutching her date to herself tighter.
"do we have to end it?" she sighed, pouting up to her escort.
Elecia smiled down at her. "Afraid so. Sorry lil Oshawott." The taller girl chuckled at the indignant look on Zoey's face. Her little date always looked so cute when flustered. Especially when she brought out her Oshawott.
"Humph whatever you say Zigzag~" Zoey giggled as it was Elecia's turn to blush and look embarrassed.
They joked and giggled the few blocks back to the PokeCenter. Everything seemed as pure and wonderful as the newly fallen snow. Standing in front of the entrance to said PokeCenter the couple smiled softly and prepared for the final farewell.
Or they would have if it wasn't for the voice that called from inside
"Hey everyone check out the love birds under the mistletoe."
Both girls looked up shocked at the little green plant hanging over their head. Both also looked at each other with matching blushes covering their faces.
"i uh.." one said
"w-well then" the other said
"oh sod it" they both shouted syncronized
And with that they hugged and kissed shyly.
And then Zoey knew that yes, this Festive night was perfect.
