They were running from Medusa, asura, and giriko. Right now they were in an Asian forest at 10:42 P.M. And they got caught while hunting a Kishin together. These people where Death the Kid and his weapons Liz and Patty, Maka and her weapon Soul, and last Hiro and Excalibur who let themselves come. Right now Maka was behind the rest of the due to her injury. Giriko got to kick her in the side with his chainsaw boot without anyone else noticing so no one knows she's losing blood.
"Maka hurry up, they're going to get you!" Soul yelled
"I'm trying!" she yelled back
"Well try harder!" Soul demanded
"Stop being so hard on her!" Liz yelled
"Guys stop fighting and keep moving forward!" Kid yelled
Then Medusa's snake arrows were going faster and Maka was going slower.
"Maka! NO!". Soul yelled
Medusa's arrows then pierced maka right through the middle of the chest and everything went black...

Soul, Hiro, Kid,Liz,Patty, and Excalibur woke up in the infirmary.
"What happened?" they all said in unison
"You guys got away from Giriko, Asura, and Medusa after Medusa caught Maka, then you six blacked out when we picked you up in the jets" answered
"NO MAKA! WHERE IS SHE YOU GUYS HAVE TO GO SAVE HER! SHE COULD BE DEAD BY NOW!" Soul and Hiro the two people who had obvious feelings for Maka yelled
"I'm sorry but we can't get her exactly right now without a smart plan since she's with a Kishin, Witch, and Witch minion. It's a ammidiate death trap." Stein answered in a monotone voice
