America left Prussia's spare bedroom. He was headed towards the kitchen. He was sure Gil wouldn't mind if he took some hamburgers for a snack right? Ever since Gilbert and Mattie became friends they have been together a lot. So being the hero he was America decided to stay over, just to make sure Prussia was treating Mattie alright and not hurting him or anything like that. He was walking down a hallway when he suddenly heard Mattie groan in frustration.
"God damn it Gilbert you've got it all wrong!"
"Oh is this angle better?"
Mattie sighed in satisfaction
"Yes much"
America froze, pressing his ear to the door he continued to listen.
"Man that is so hard!"
"Only to the inexperienced Gil. You will get better~"
America gaped. They weren't….were they? They were spending a lot of time together recently…How did it turn out like this? Suddenly Mattie moaned again
"No Gil! Now you're not doing it fast enough!"
"Sorry! sorry, I'll speed up~"
"Ah yes, now you're doing it perfectly~"
America couldn't believe it, Mattie and…. Gilbert? It seemed too weird, too freaky to be true. This was so unheroic of Mattie! To start dating Gil and not tell him was unforgivable! Suddenly there was a series of bangs and curses.
"Damnit it spilled all over the floor!"
"Sorry I couldn't catch it Mattie"
"It's ok; this kind of accident is expected of your first time"
That did it. America burst through the door.
"What's going…?"
America stopped; there was a smashed bowl on the floor, a brownish coloured liquid spilling all over the floor. Mattie looked sheepish as spoke up.
"Uh sorry about that al, Gil loves my maple syrup so much I decided to teach him how to make it, he sort of dropped the bowl instead though."
"Yeah, sorry about the racket, that was so unawesome of me"
America just stared at them. There was no way on this good earth that he would admit that he thought that they were…yeah better not think about it.
