Chapter 1
The sky quickly grew dark as storm clouds engulfed the once peaceful, blue sky. The brunette haired boy began to make his way home. He walked slowly, not really caring weather he got caught in the storm or not. The rain gently began to kiss his skin. He looked to the sky and sighed loudly. The rumble of thunder grew louder and forks of lightening enlightened the dark sky. As he continued to walk up the hill towards to forest at the back of his house, he felt somebody else's presence close by. Swiftly looking behind him, a confused look spread across his face. There was not another living creature to be seen.
Again, the teen continued to walk into the forest. The canopy of trees now sheltering him slightly from the now heavy rainfall. He zipped up his deep red jacket and put the hood up over his chocolate brown spiked hair. All of a sudden there was silence; no shake of the trees, no growling thunder. The atmosphere switched from dismal to eerie and mysterious. A sharp shriek filled the forest. The brunette boy subconsciously ran in the direction of the scream, deeper into the woods. Numerous thoughts filled his head of what happened and who had screamed. He really had no idea what to expect, but still journeyed further into the woods, frantically searching for some sign of life to suggest where the shriek came from.
There was a small, circular clearing bordered by tall trees towards the middle of the forest. His deep blue eyes widened as he wandered into the clearing. This place was of true beauty and appeared fit for only the Gods to enter. Elegantly coloured flowers covered the area almost like a neat, well cared for garden. He walked, winding through the flowers almost like wandering through a maze until he reached the middle. There appeared to be a spiral of white flowers and lay peacefully in the centre seemed to lie...a girl.
