Ok, English is NOT my mother tongue, so sorry for my sucky english. Anyway, I don't how to title this. Any ideas?

Bella had always been a nobody in her old school. the typical invisible girl.

However, not anymore. That part of her life was history. Now, ironically,it was almost the exact opposite: she was popular.

The funny thing was that, when she was a nobody, she lamented her bad luck, and now, being popular, she lamented the same.

But perhaps this is why, no matter how much she did not want to believe it,Bella knew that they only saw a shell of herself. They don't see her, they don' see her for what she is, just for what she appears to be. And nothing nor no one is never what they seem to be.

Fortunately, there also exists a different kind of person. Those that see her for who she really is. Not an invisible girl, not a nobody, nor an ugly duckling. Nor a popular cheerleader nor a beautiful Swan. Simply her. Bella.

Amongst them, Edward, of course, the Cullens, Angela...

And there's also Jacob.

Her Jacob.

That boy whom she loved so much, much more than she wanted to admit.

He was the one who truly saw her. Her true self. He saw into the depths of her very soul and knew her too well, even better than she knew herself, even though she found herself hard pressed to admit it.

She couldn't hide from him.

Even Jacob knew it, and he also told her.

It happened one day that they were walking on the beach, like always. Bella asked Jacob a question that she had been formulating for a very long time:

-Jake, how do you see me?

-Huh? Why do you ask?

-Umm, how should I know... I just wanted to know.

Jacob stayed in thought for a while, then he grinned and answered.

-Well... Lets say that I see you from the inside, as if the outside were transparent. I see through you -he smirked teasingly and looked her up and down, unabashed. Bella blushed violently and crossed her arms over her chest as his eyes trailed over her.

Jacob laughed. His black eyes sparked with a charming sort of mischief.

Bella wasn't as amused. On the contrary, she glared at him.

-Idiot - was her response before turning away from him with a bright red face and an offended expression. Although she was also trying to repress a small smile that kept tugging at the corners of her lips.

As you can see, it had been a pretty typical day for Bella and Jake.

Regardless, that night in her bed, Bella concluded that no matter how she looked at it, Jacob had given her the answer she had wanted the most.
