I own neither Fullmetal Alchemist in any of it's iterations nor Naruto. If I did, the original anime of Fullmetal Alchemist would not exist, and basically everthing in Shippuden would not have happened either.

"HE'S LOOSING IT! HE CAN'T KEEP HIS GOD SUPPRESSED ANYMORE!" Hohenheim yelled.

And then everything went white and silent.

Slowly, awareness returned to those who had been fighting to prevent the Promised Day. A handful of those people instantly knew where they were, and felt dread.

"Well, hel-lo!" Truth sing-songed to the group. "You've made rather a mess of things, haven't you?" An eerie grin stretched across his face.

"What did you do, you bastard!" Ed burst out furiously.

"Something you should be thanking me for, little Al-che-mist." Truth purred. "You see, when Father lost control, it wasn't a good thing. In short, your world is gone." Truth's mouth fell into a moue of disappointment. "I really had high hopes that you would be able to stop him, but oh well."

A chorus of despairing and outraged voices rose from the crowd, but Truth only grinned again.

"Now, now, nobody actually died. We Truth's have…rules against that, you see. Ah, ah, ah," Truth said scoldingly, as several people opened their mouths. "Wait until I'm finished. To begin with, did you really believe that you're the only universe?" Ne asked, somewhat gloatingly. "No, there are an infinite number, you know. When some idiot manages to actually destroy a universe, well," Ne shrugged, "The people who would have died from that are simply relocated to another." Ne grinned. "But I have a different task for you. You see, relatively soon, oh, in a decade or so, another world-destroying idiot is going to make an attempt. So, because I'm feeling generous, I'm going to give you another chance. Those of you who have bargained with me will regain what they lost, all of the close friends and family of you who fought against Father will come with you, and I'll even throw in a few dead friends. All you have to do is make sure another world isn't destroyed. Sound like a deal?" Truth grinned.

"What's the catch?" Izumi spoke up.

"No catch really." Truth said. "Just a little difference in your alchemy, and a lower level of technology, which you will not change." Ne suddenly slipped into a threatening tone. "I'm even going to leave you some guidelines. Oh, and you have no choice, by the way." Ne giggled, and the doors opened. "Have fun in the Elemental Nations!"

So. I promised myself I wouldn't post this until I had the first chapter finished, as well as the next chapter of WIWET. Buuuuuttttt, I just couldn't resist. I've got the next chapter to this about 1/3 to 1/2 done, so hopefully this won't take long. ,:D
