A/N: I am a huge Morgan/Prentiss fan and shipper, but this fic called for Reid/Emily. I don't normally write them, so I hope you enjoy!

Emily and Reid lay on his bed. Reid's head was resting on Emily's chest, and he was content to just lie there, and listen to her heart beat. Emily was stroking Reid's hair and gently brushing it off his face. She was watching him, and smiling at how comfortable, happy and relaxed he looked.
This moment right here was perfect. Just two lovers, enjoying the comfort of one another, both, being happy for the time of work, the fact that weren't surrounded by team mates, or the horrors they saw almost daily. They were glad for the peace and quiet.
"Emily," Reid spoke up, breaking the comfortable silence they had been enjoying moment before.
"Mmm?" she questioned, not moving from her position, but turning slightly to face him. She was curious to know what was on his mind.
"What did you mean?" he questioned, turning slightly so as to look up at her and looking directly into her dark brown eyes. She gave him a questioning look, not knowing what he was talking about.
"When you poked me and said, "He's so life like" ", Reid clarified for her.
Emily grinned at him. "I was just teasing you."
"I know. But what did it mean?" he asked again.
Emily sighed deeply, not knowing how to explain it to him. She took a deep breath. "Some people think you're a human computer incapable of being human, of social interaction and of feeling human emotions."
"I am a human being due to the fact that -" Emily quickly placed her fingers over his lips, cutting him off.
"You always justify things with scientific reasons or some logical explanation. You just need to accept that some things happen without reasons, and others that can't be explained. Some don't need an explanation. You just need to accept them. I was pointing out to the others, you are a human being, and that you were acting like one of us, a human" Emily explained, removing her fingers from his lips.
"Do you think I act like a robot or a computer?" Reid asked his girlfriend.
The brunette grabbed his hand, pulling it forward and kissing the knuckle. "No."
"Let me guess. Morgan does?" he questioned.
Emily laughed, "But he's not sleeping with you, so he can't judge you or see the other side of you like I do."
"No," Reid agreed rolling on top of Emily. "He's not."
