A/N: Short Shelya one shot I found in my English book at school today I thought I would post. Spoilers for season 4 I guess, because Teyla is pregnant. My brother gave me this idea, when he thought I took one of their hugs the wrong way… lol
"Why are you doing this?" Teyla asked John Shepard rather angrily.
"Because you're pregnant," was the reply causing Teyla to roll her eyes, "and I don't want you getting injured in the field," he continued on. He grabbed his gun and walked off to where the rest of his team were waiting to gate out.
Teyla followed him. "There is another reason John. One you're not telling me," she said causing him to stop waling and turn around.
"I love you, and if anything happened to you, especially now…" he said trailing off as Teyla's lips crashed down on his. She suddenly pulled away. "The other reason, the one you wouldn't tell me," she said with a small smile, "is jealousy."
