You were running late on your first day of school. You moved to Elmore at the beginning of the summer, but you mainly stayed inside to avoid the heat. You ran to the bus and made it just in time. You sighed in relief and sat behind a blue cat and an orange fish. You rested your forehead against the window and stared outside.
When the bus driver went over a bump, your head smacked into the window, making a loud noise. Everyone on the bus looked at you.
"Hey, are you okay?" The blue cat asked, looking over the seat. "Yeah. Thanks," you said, looking up. He stared at you and then shrugged. He turned back around and continued to talk to the fish. You kept your head away from the window, but you still stared outside. Finally, you saw a giant building come into view. The bus driver ushered everybody off and you walked into the building. You saw the blue cat from earlier and walked over to him. "Excuse me?"
"Huh, oh hi! I'm Gumball," Gumball said kindly.
"(Y/N). I was just wondering if you knew where the office was?" You asked. He nodded and signaled for you to follow him. He led you to a door labeled 'Principal's Office.'
"Here you go," he smiled. "Thanks," you replied. You walked in to see a man and a woman about to kiss.
"Ahem." "Oh, hello. What do you need?" The man, who you assumed was the principal, asked.
"I was here to grab my schedule," you said.
"What's your name?" He asked.
"(Y/N) (L/N)," you answered.
He searched through a file until he nodded and handed you a piece of paper.
"Thanks." You walked to a room labeled 'Room 4' and walked inside. You saw Gumball and the orange fish.
"(Y/N)! You're in this class?" He asked. You nodded. "Come sit by me!" You walked over and sat down.
