Cindy Vortex was turning 13 today and Jimmy wants to make a good impression.

They hung up the phone and then Cindy's mom came in and said you have mail it was a package she opened the package there was a B-E-A-tiful necklace inside and a letter that said
Dear Cindy, I like that we don't fight anymore and are friends and all but Cindy I really want to be more then friends I am not going out with anyone but if I would I would want it to be you because I love you Cindy I love you with all my heart please go out with me think about it..
