My first fluff for this pair. I have zero idea on how to go about this. I'll try my best. Flames and/or reviews, as always, welcome.
Disclaimer: You have no idea how happy I'd be to own just a teensy, tiny portion of this. But I'm emo. Go figure.
"Itadakimasu!!" chorused Goku and Lirin as they gobbled food as if they hadn't eaten for weeks. Nobody was fazed. Sanzo sipped his tea, vein throbbing in his temple as food hit him in the face. Hakkai and Gojyo were kinda scared.
Lirin
'Ooh, the last bun! Should I let Goku have it?
Goku
'Ooh, the last bun! I wonder if Lirin would like it..'
Goku poked the said bun with a chopstick tentatively and offered it to the hyperactive demon, careful not to drop it. Lirin insisted he should have it. After much bickering and refusals, Sanzo snatched the bun from Goku's chopstick with his fingers and ate it, watching their scandalized expressions smugly.
Goku and Lirin burst into tears and yanked his robes back and forth between them. Until he took out the gun, that is.
"We were gonna have half each!!" they whined. Sanzo ignored them while Hakkai smiled at them benevolently, offering them his last bun and promptly excused himself to the bathroom. Two pairs of eyes shone gratefully as they chorused, "Sankyuu!!!"
Lirin picked up the steaming bun with her chopsticks and raised it to Goku's mouth. He slowly (Hah! That's a first!) took a bite and chewed, careful to save a little more than half for Lirin. Lirin smiled as Goku swallowed and popped the rest of the bun into her mouth. Sanzo tch-ed, rolling his violet eyes.
As Goku raised his thumb to wipe a little of the filling off Lirin's cheek, Kougaiji burst into the inn with an angry scowl, seeing his little sister in such close proximity with the monkey.
At that moment, a waiter bumped into Goku, causing him to fall forward, kissing Lirin full on the mouth. As the little couple blushed at their first kiss, all Hell froze over. "Run Goku, RUN!!" yelled Gojyo frantically as Sanzo began to light a cigarette, as if nothing was happening.
Goku drew back, red tinting his cheeks. A furious Kougaiji charged at him with a murderous glint in his eye. "Get back here you stupid monkey!!!"
Goku fled, with Lirin following her brother closely.
Back at the inn
"Would you like to join us for some sake?" Hakkai asked the two bewildered demons conversationally. Doku shrugged and sat down, Yaone following suit.
Later that night
Goku and Lirin snored the night away as they held each other in a warm embrace, a little smile gracing both their lips.
Kougaiji staggered back into town itching and spattered with mud. "Damn those two troublemakers..."
Please review! I love Goku and Lirin. Such a pity it's a rare pairing.
