Many of the residents in Kohana had been waiting for theese days. As winter, christmas, and the new year approached, the days were to be spent relaxing and having fun. Playing in the snow, having parties, those were all meant to happen on the last day of December. And this is where our story starts.
All the shinobi of the village took a envelope that had been tossed onto their doorstep, and read it. The most biggest and richest party was to happen Saturday night....

Hinata and Negi Hyuga
Sakura heard screaming and somebody saying '' No, no, no the &(*no!'' At her door. The blizzard had dulled the sound for a bit, but it was getting anoying and louder, so she was forced to open the front door. Four snow covered figures fell down onto her floor. '' Um....hi? Naruto...Kabuto...Lee...Sauske!!!!!'' She screamed, her face lighting up with delight. This was the first time Sauske had come to her house! Granted, he was with the three stooges, but he was still there! Lee, who was at the bottom pile of the boys said, '' Sakura, will you....'' Naruto jumped on his head. '' Hey Sakura, wanna be...'' Kabuto and Sauske delivered a swift kick at them, landing squarely in their faces. The mad scramble for a date had begun.
Negi snugged deep into his chair, staring at his feet. '' How could you do this? I hate parties!'' True, true. Hinata was standing a couple feet away, putting ornaments onto a large white tree. '' Well....I...um...I.....'' She stuttered. '' Oh just shut up!'' Negi snapped, not wanting to hear that annoying stutter. It was hard to imagine a social reject and the shyest kid in the village throwing a huge party. But Hinata knew this was where she could make her big move. Naruto would never miss a party.
The first knock on the door came.
Negi walked up to the door and carefully gripped the doorknob, as if he was afraid it would bite. But the two people standing in front of him...well.....'' Holy Shit it's you!'' A blonde girl was dragging Shikamaru in the door. Is it Ino? No! Is it Temari? Ding ding ding! More people came in, filling the room rapidly. Naruto alone, Sauske and Sakura, Kabuto and Lee alone, Kankuro, Kiba and Shino, Choji and Ino. Basically the sand siblings, Kabuto and the leaf ninja. Neji looked like he was going to stab himself, so Hinata ran out the door and ran through the blizzard to a house. There was somebody she didn't invite. Ooopsie 0_o.....
Tenten looked up from her steaming hot bowel of ramen (is ramen the only thing theese people eat?) as her door was slung open, a pink-faced Hinata ran in. '' Tenten, I'm sorry I forgot to invite you!'' She just looked confused. '' Invite me to what?'' Oh great. '' I'm having a huge party at my house and.....'' Tenten finished the sentence. '' ...Somebody needs to be cheered up. On my way.''
As everybody danced to the music, Naruto became bored and snuck under the tree, sifting through presents. He could rip open the paper just a bit, and see what it was. Nothing seemed interesting. Monopoly? Kunai? Meh. The only thing he found remotly interesting was a copy of the sims 2. He had a computer! (Yeah, a few chapters into the story, Naruto will play this.) He tucked it into the jumpsuit pocket and went back to the party. Where was everyone. He heard Kabuto yelping like a girl in the hallway, with cheers and screams. He walked behind Kiba. '' What's up?'' He whispered. The crowd was surrounding something. '' Omg! Pwned! Blackmail!'' He said, toting a camera. '' Talk to the camera!'' He screamed.
