Where am I?

I feel a pleasant breeze…
"…………. Hello? Hey, are you ok?" I opened my eyes and stared at the crystal blue sky. I could feel the wind against my face. "Are you ok?" said the voice again. I slowly got up, still half-conscious, I nearly toppled over again. "Hey, I've never seen you around here before, my name's Mudkip." "What's going on? Pokemon can't talk to humans" I replied. "You're a human? But you look like a normal Pikachu in every way…"
Not willing to accept that I looked down at myself to not see my normal human body but that of a Pikachu's! "It's true! I have turned into a Pikachu! But why? I don't remember anything…" "Uh, you're kinda weird… Your name? What's your name?" "My name? Oh, My name's…" But before I had time to answer we were interrupted by a scream that filled the air. "Help! Help me!" It was a Butterfree, and a pretty upset one by the look of it. "Please, help me! My Caterpie fell down a crevasse and when I tried to save it, I was attacked by other Pokemon!" "Woah, you were attacked by other Pokemon? Well, don't worry, we'll save your Caterpie!" And before I even knew what was going on or why I was here, me and Mudkip were off to a dangerous dungeon to save a Caterpie.
I guess only time will tell why I'm here…
