Reunited

Roy trudged along the city street. It was a bright day, but Roy didn't like sunlight. Well, not anymore at least. His phone vibrated in his pocket, it was a text from Jade.

"Where r u? Im in your apartment, get up here now!"

Roy groaned, "Fuck, it's Thursday." On Thursdays, it was Roy's turn to watch Lian. He texted her back.

"Wait for me, I'm coming."

Roy's apartment was only a block away, but he still wanted to run there. Once he got close to his building however, his phone vibrated again. It was another text, but the number was unknown.

"Turn around Speedy."

Roy raised a questionable eye brow, but he still did so. When he turned around, his face lit up like a lantern. "Kaldur….." His smile was uncontrollable. "Kaldur'ahm you son of a bitch!"

The Atlantean was simply standing on the street curb with a large smile on his face. "Long time no see Roy."

"It's great to see you," Roy stated as he approached his old friend, quickly embracing him in long, strong, 'I-fucking-missed-you-man!' hug.

Kaldur reciprocated the hug with equal amount of affection.

The hug strayed on for several long seconds, mainly because Roy broke it up to push Kaldur into a nearby alley. Kal's back was forcefully pushed against the brick wall, despite what was said, Roy was still strong. Kaldur was just about to speak, but Roy wasn't going to waste any time, the archer forced his lips onto the Atlantean's.

It wasn't a slow and fake kiss. It was nothing like that; this kiss was angry, raw, sloppy, and rough as fuck. Nothing but pure passion was what Roy was putting on to Kaldur. Kal fisted Roy's now-a-bit-long hair angrily, Roy fought back by kissing him harder.

The hard, rough kiss was over before Kal knew it. They simple stared at each other afterwards, their eyes never moving an inch. It was a long time before any of them spoke. "Was that too much?" Roy asked.

Flustered, Kaldur shook his head, "Oddly, no. It was just enough."

Roy's phone vibrated once again, Roy's sighed as he checked it.

"I'm still waiting…. wtf r u?"

"Well, Jade wants me to come to my apartment," Roy explained.

"Yeah, I heard to married her," Kaldur said.

Roy nodded, "I did, but we're kind of separated now. We have a kid now, so there's something good."

"Oh really?" Kaldur said quite intrigued.

Roy nodded again, "Yep, Lian, she's 3 months old now."

"Sounds adorable," Kal replied with a smile.

"Come up with me, you should see her," Roy offered.

"I'd like that," Kal said with a smile.

"Okay, let's go then," Roy said as he edged towards the building he forced Kaldur against. "My place is on the top floor."

(Meanwhile on Roy's balcony….)

Jade regret everything. She regrets breaking into Roy's apartment when he wasn't there. She regrets standing on his balcony. She regrets seeing her legal husband kissing the former-Aqualad.

But worst of all, she regrets marrying a homosexual.
