I can't say that I'm completely sure about Doctor Who backstory stuff, so if I've made any mistakes could you let me know? Thanks
"Whoa...!"
The scrap-yard was full of old tech, outdated instruments and unused cogs and springs. But his eyes could only see one thing: a TARDIS.
Type 40 to be precise and he always was, well sometimes.
"Koshei, Kos – he stopped. Koshei was gone, the ceremony was over; he was The Master now and had already taken off to see the stars.
Damn him for being smarter and quicker.
The newly-named Doctor reached out a tentative had to touch the cold metal door, it swung open the moment he touched it, as though it had been waiting for him.
If the outside of the box had been enthralling the interior was nothing short of beautiful. Again a wistful sigh fell from his lips as he examined every inch of the ship.
"Oh you are beautiful," he whispered to her and a lever on the control-board twitched, "Really, you are the most beautiful thing I've ever seen."
The lights flickered and illuminated her console, the lever twitched again and the Doctor felt a piecing sorrow for this amazing machine; she was so old and would be scrapped so soon.
But perhaps...just one small trip, one last adventure for the old girl? It couldn't hurt, could it?
A soft, peaceful hum spread through the ship as he made his decision. After all, she had known from the moment he touched her that they would be leaving together.
(he made her feel so alive)
