Little Butterbeer

Author's Note: For those who don't recognize it, this is a parody of "Little Buttercup" from "The Pirates of Penzance" by Gilbert and Sullivan.

I'm called little butterbeer, dear little butterbeer.

Winky's best friend am I.

The elf loves her butterbeer- poor little Winky dear,

Sweet little butterbeer I!

Now that the War's over, the world's back in clover,

And all can get on with their lives;

But Winky still misses her Master and Misses

And just doesn't want to survive.

House elfs should be busy and not in a tizzy,

But Winky is different you see;

Got clothes when she shouldn't, was told that she couldn't

Continue the Crouches to please.

So she turned to butterbeer- dear little butterbeer;

Dobby can do naught but try;

To keep her from butterbeer- poor little Winky dear;

Not all the tragic must die.
