Only One

He's the only one I trust. The only one I can talk to. The only one I can love.
"Hey Daisuke!" I shouted from across the school corridor.
"Oh, hey Ken." he replied.
"Do you want to come over to my house tonight?" I asked.
"Sure." he replied.
I watched him walk off to sixth period. He had Maths and I had English.

English was easy that day. We got to play games. I was still dreaming though. About Daisuke.

After school, we walked straight to my house. Along the way, we were chatting, laughing and having fun. That wasn't half the fun we would have when we got to my house.
We walked in and I shouted, "Hi Mom, I'm home!"
"Oh, hi Ken. How was school?" she asked.
"It was OK." I replied.

I took Daisuke into my room, where we just sat around talking.
He started talking about Hikari, when suddenly I blurted out, "I love you."
"Huh?" he said.
"Oh, nothing." I replied.
"I heard you say that you love me. Well, I love you too, Ken." he said.
He looked into my eyes, as he leaned in his head closer to mine. We kissed each other softly, our tongues exploring each other's mouths.
We broke the kiss a few minutes later.
"Wow." I said.
He smiled at me and whispered, "I love you, Ken-chan."

I can see why he's my only one. Because I love him, and he loves me.
